The Rev. Willis Ray Weatherby, 80, of Louisiana, Missouri passed away Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the Audrain Medical Center in Mexico, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the Collier Funeral Home in Louisiana. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a. m. until time of services at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery near Louisiana, Missouri. He was born September 6, 1933 in Pettigrew, Arkansas the son of Henry and Millie Weatherby. On February 20, 1960 he was united in marriage by Rev. Eugene Lee to Hermoine Alberta Beer who survives. He is also survived by two grandchildren; David Bradley and Heather Davis both of Chillicothe, Missouri, 4 great-grandchildren, Drake Bradley, Landon Bradley, Eric Davis and Ethan Davis all of Chillicothe, Missouri, a daughter in-law, Teresa Bradley of Chillicothe, Missouri, one sister, Nadine Gilbert of Troy, Missouri and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son; David Bradley who passed away in 2010, his parents, 3 brothers, Robert Hill, Bradley Weatherby and Lloyd Weatherby, 2 sisters, Rosalee Weatherby and Freida Hoaglin. He was a veteran serving with the United States Marines during the Korean Conflict. He had been employed as a crane operator for Valley Steel Products Company in Louisiana until his retirement. Rev. Weatherby was the pastor of the Full Gospel Valley Church in Louisiana. Pallbearers are; Virgil Beer, Robert Beer, Randy Meyers, Brent Robinson, David Steadman, Raymond Crenshaw, Tony Windmiller and Mick Steadman
