Kevin Dean Chrisman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Funeral services for Mr. Kevin Dean Chrisman, 46, formerly of Vandalia, Missouri will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, March 10, 2013 at the Collier Funeral Home in Louisiana, Missouri. Pastor Dan Jones will officiate. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until time of services at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, March 10th at the funeral home. He passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at his home near Eolia, Missouri. He was born December 18, 1966 in Louisiana, Missouri, the son of Ronald Dean Chrisman and Becky Lawson Chrisman. He married Lynette Branstetter on May 19, 1990 in Vandalia, Missouri and she survives. He is also survived by two sons; Lyndle Chrisman and friend, Jordyn Hull of Vandalia, Missouri and Ryan Chrisman of , Eolia Missouri, his mother, Becky Lawson Chrisman of Vandalia, Missouri, Grandmother, Gwen Chrisman of Vandalia, Missouri, Aunts, Snookie Henderson, Bea King, Linda Davis, Nellie Rousan all of Louisiana, Missouri, Brenda Adams of Troy, Missouri, Sylvia Lawson of St. Louis, Missouri and Connie Uhey of Vandalia, Missouri, Uncles, Mike Lawson and Morris Lawson both of Louisiana, Missouri, a nephew, Cole Chrisman and a niece, Katelyn Chrisman both of Farber, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Dean Chrisman, a brother, Timothy Chrisman, his grandparents; Iona and Paul Lawson and Floyd Chrisman, Uncles; Lyndle Lawson, Charlie Lawson, Paul Lawson and Kenny Lawson, an aunt, Kathleen Lawson and several cousins. He graduated from the Van-Far High School in Vandalia, Missouri in 1985. He and his brother owned and operated the Chrisman Construction Company in Vandalia, Missouri for a number of years and had also been employed as a plumber for Ingram Plumbing Company in Bowling Green, Missouri. He was a Christian and believer and attended the Troy Weslyn Church in Troy, Missouri. He raised some of the best German Shepherd around and sold them around the US. He also enjoyed woodworking.
