Debra Louise Rousan Mosier, 58, of Godfrey, IL, formerly of Louisiana, MO, passed away on January 20, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at the Collier Funeral Home in Louisiana, MO. The Rev. Mark Sheppard will officiate. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery near Louisiana, MO. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 26th at the funeral home. She is survived by her longtime Love Robert L. Garner, 2 daughters, Christina Bliss and Jamie Coleman, one son, Steven Lyle Hurd and wife Cecilia, 5 granddaughters, Kirstin and Aryssa Bliss, Daylyn and Morgan Dowell, and Nova Hurd, 3 grandsons, James Paul Coleman, Joshua Coleman, and Thomas Garrett, one great grandson, Coby Lee Bliss, 4 brothers, William Rousan, (Lesslie) Paul Rousan, (Kimberly) Clarence Miller, (Nellie) and Walter Miller,(Sherrie) 2 sisters, Catherine Vallejo, Jake and Janice Pelkington, and many nieces, nephews, and other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Sylvia Miller, and William Rousan, and 2 nieces, Sarah Elizabeth Miller and Michelle Lee Ann Rousan. Pallbearers will be JP Coleman, Joshua Coleman, Thomas Garrett, Justin Campbell, Brian McCormick, and Jim Huckstep. Mom, we are so sad to see you go. We will love and miss you always.
