Funeral services for Mr. Willard Guy "Bud" Crow, 84, of Louisiana, Missouri will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 9th at the Collier Funeral Home in Louisiana, Missouri. The Rev. Randall Cone will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 9th at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery in Louisiana, Missouri. Mr. Crow died Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at the St. Joseph Hospital West at Lake St. Louis, Missouri. He was born June 5, 1922 in Eolia, Missouri to Fred and Ruth Crenshaw Crow. He married Floretta Fay Woods November 11, 1946 at the First Baptist Church in Louisiana and she preceded him in death May 15, 2001. He is survived by two sons, Willard Guy Crow, Jr. and wife, Natalie of Louisiana, Missouri and Alan Crow of Louisiana, Missouri, Two daughters, Barbara Sue Crow of Louisiana, Missouri and Rebecca Ann (Becky) Clifton and husband, Merle of Mexico, Missouri, Two granddaughters, Ashley Marie Crow of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Shelbie Lee Crow of Louisiana, Missouri, Three grandsons, Ryan Lee Clifton and Derek Ross Clifton both of Columbia, Missouri and Scott Allen Crow, Sr. of Louisiana, Missouri, Two Great grandchildren, Scott Crow, Jr. and Samantha Crow both of Hamilton, Alabama. He was preceded in death by one sister, Winifred "Whinn" Lonsberry. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army with Battery C 161st AAA Gun Battalion in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre. He was awarded two bronze stars for the Luzon-New Guinea campaigns and had also received the Philippine Liberation Ribbon with one bronze star. Mr. Crow had been a farmer in the Louisiana area all of his life. He was a member of the Eolia Baptist Church in Eolia, Missouri and a member of American Legion Post 370 in Louisiana, Missouri. He was an avid Bowler and an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Team.
