A Mass Of The Christian Burial for Mrs. Jane Rita England, 81, of Clarksville, Missouri will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 14th at the Mary Queen Of Peace Catholic Church in Clarksville, Missouri. Father Lou Dorn will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 13th at the Collier Funeral Home in Louisiana, Missouri. A Prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Louisiana, Missouri. Mrs. England passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at the St. Luke's Hospital West in Chesterfield, Missouri. She was born April 18, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri to Louis and Edna Hill Pracchia. She married William Grant England April 16, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri and he preceded her in death May 3, 1985. Jane is survived by three daughters; Audrey England and Lori (Mark) Dorsey all of Clarksville, Missouri and Eileen (Ron) Singleton of Louisiana, Missouri, Two sons; Bruce (Debby) England and Craig (Tammy) England all of Clarksville, Missouri, 10 grandchildren; Amanda Lewis, Joshua England, Tiffany Meyer, Craig England, II, C. Raymond Elliott, Richele Dorsey, Kelsea Dorsey, Brad Singleton, Jeff Singleton and Heather Burse, 10 Great Grandchildren, Two brothers; Louis (Geri) Pracchia of Ridgecrest, California and Charles (Viola) Pracchia of Lonedell, Missouri, Two sister In-Laws; Dolly England of Burlington, Iowa and Deloris England Cook of Moberly, Missouri and numerous Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Dustin England and Michael Singleton and a son-in-law, Ray Elliott, Jr. She was proud to serve her country as a Wave. It was during her service in the reserve that she met her husband who was a Navy Pilot. After her marriage she and her husband moved to Clarksville where they had their children. She was a member of the Mary Queen Of Peace Catholic Church in Clarksville. She had been very active in the church serving in many capacities on the Ladies Altar Society. She enjoyed Hunting, Gardening, Traveling, Crocheting and doing Crossword and Jigsaw puzzles. Honorary pallbearers are; Deloy Lewis and Marvin Burse. Active pallbearers are; Joshua England, Brad Singleton, Jeff Singleton, Raymond Elliott, Craig England, II and Bryan Lewis. Memorials may be given to The American Heart Association, Children's Miracle Network or to the Pike County Hospice in care of Collier Funeral Homes, Inc., 117 Barnard Dr., Louisiana, Missouri 63353
