Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Ellen Traynor, 57, of Bowling Green, Missouri formerly of Louisiana, Missouri will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 4th at the First Baptist Church in Louisiana. The Rev. Jason Hamilton will officiate. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 3rd at the funeral home and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Louisiana. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery in Louisiana. Mrs. Traynor passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010 at the Maple Grove Nursing Home in Louisiana. She was born July 9, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas to Billy Joe Reynolds and Sarah Tucker Reynolds who passed away when she was only two years old. She was raised by Bud and Sarah Kemry who she thought of as her mother and father. She married Earl Eugene Traynor August 12, 1972 at the Eolia Baptist Church in Eolia, Missouri. Barbara is survived by her husband, Earl Eugene Traynor of the home. One daughter, Stephanie Kerns-Bailey of the home and one son, Earl Eugene “Gene” Traynor and wife, Amy of Louisiana, Missouri, Three sisters; JoAnn Minor and husband, Richard of Louisiana, Missouri, Becky White and husband, Tracy of Pleasant Hill, Illinois and Jeana Weber of Louisiana, Missouri, Two brothers; Michael S. Reynolds and wife, Margaret and Lloyd G. Kemry, Jr. and wife, Betty all of Louisiana, Missouri, Two granddaughters; Alicia Renee Kerns and Allison Belle Ellison both of Bowling Green, Missouri, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, One grandson, David Eugene Traynor who died Nov. l, 1999, a sister, Linda Dill and grandparents, Nelson and Susan Tucker. Barbara graduated from the Louisiana High School with the class of 1971. She had been employed as a Waitress at the Farm Shed in Louisiana for a number of years. She was later employed at Stark Brother’s Nursery in Louisiana. Barbara was a member of the First Baptist Church in Louisiana. She loved to play Bingo in her pastime. Pallbearers are; Rick Blank, Kelly Henry, Mike Lesley, Joey Sloan, Milo Traynor and Guy Traynor.
